About Us
Our Story
Our firm was established in 2022 by Camille Preston and Eliana Moreno.
Camille Preston is a Huntsville native, who has has been practicing law in Madison County and the surrounding areas since 2014. She has handled a variety of legal matters including criminal defense, family law and divorce, immigration, and various civil and probate matters. She is experienced both inside the courtroom and beyond.

Eliana Moreno is an attorney licensed to practice law in Venezuela. She
relocated to the United States in 2018. She is not currently licensed to practice law in Alabama, but she is studying to take the Alabama State Bar examination. In the meantime, she is working as a paralegal. She has assisted as a paralegal on various types cases, including criminal defense, family law and divorces, and on various civil cases. Her primary focus has been assisting with immigration matters.

Camille and Eliana share a passion for the law, and we both have had personal as
well as professional interactions with the court system. Our personal experiences give our firm a unique insight into our clients situations. We understand that your case is probably one of the most important aspects of your life. Our goal is to provide each and every client with comprehensive representation that meets
their individual needs.

Eliana is fluent is Spanish, and although Camille is not fluent, she understands
most Spanish and is in the process of studying to become fluent. Together, we are able to serve clients from a variety of cultures and backgrounds.

Meet Our Team
Camille E. Preston
Attorney at Law
Camille graduated from Jones School of Law with her Juris Doctorate in 2014. She has practiced in various fields including criminal defense, family law, divorce, immigration and probate matters including adoption and civil commitments. Camille has also handled a variety of civil claims, small claims matters, and wills and estate planning. Camille is experienced in trial preparation and litigation as well.

Camille is a notary public and a certified Guardian Ad Litem in the State of Alabama, as well as a trained mediator.
​
Camille graduated from Athens State University in 2011 with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and from Calhoun Community College in 2009 with her Associates of Science Degrees in Pre-Law and General Education studies.

Camille is married, with a son and a wire fox terrier pup. When she is not handling cases, she enjoys spending time with her family, music, reading, traveling, kayaking, studying Spanish, and watching movies and tv.

Eliana Moreno Whitaker

Eliana is a paralegal with Preston Law Firm. She graduated from Universidad Catolica del Tachira in 1997 with her Doctorate of Law. She practiced law, including criminal defense, civil, and business law, and ran a school of ballet in Venezuela. She relocated to the United States in 2019, and is now on her way to obtaining citizenship here.

Eliana is married and has two daughters. When she is not handling cases, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, music, dancing, traveling, and perfecting her English.

Eliana is currently not licensed to practice law outside of Venezuela. However, she is studying to take the Alabama State Bar examination. In the meantime, she continues to work as a paralegal and translator specializing in handling immigration, family and civil matters.
